Our Chairman, John Armstrong MBE, recently presented over 60 employees with an award, ranging from 5 to 24 years of service.

Presented on-site during our staff Christmas gathering, longstanding employees received a gift, a certificate and additional leave of up to three days, depending on their length of service.

John Armstrong said,

“It was a real pleasure to present longevity awards to our staff last week. Nowadays, 5 years is seen as a long time to stay with one company, so to see so many people lining up for an award was a real nourisher. We have over 62 members of staff that have been with this company for over 5, 10, 15, and 20 years, right up to 24 years. When I added up the total years of experience it came to over 1,000 years. Quite remarkable and something to celebrate.”
